Sleeping in the cold

Nighttime nips at nose hairs,

Feeling flees from fingers.

Weather without wind there,

Light no longer lingers.

Cease sleeping soundly,

Shivers shake awake.

Far from folks who knew me.

Two layers, a mistake.

Put on another jacket,

Look up at the stars,

Migraine blew a gasket,

Try n start the car.

Tanks running low,

So’s the wallet.

How long can i go?

When will i call it.

Bug Roadkill

Just an asshole writing a poem or two to pass the time.
